Plugged on steroids with a decent filing system, basically. I think this may be too ambitious for a staff of two, especially since there's a reviewing component. I never understand why sites like these include personal diaries, as there are enough public/review/design/interview/directory sites to index without worrying about individuals. And, of course, the whole enterprise is fundamentally flawed by the fact that nobody genuinely popular would feel the need to apply.
